Description
ACWA is hiring a Mechanical Technician in Jeddah to safely install, maintain, inspect and repair heavy rotating machinery used in power generation, mainly steam and gas turbines.
Duties include reading schematics, dismantling and assembling machinery with hand, power, pneumatic and hydraulic tools, moving equipment with hoists and cranes, precision alignment and inspections with micrometers and dial indicators, and controlling tools and supplies.
Requirements: technical diploma (Gas Turbine Systems Technician preferred) and at least 2 years of experience with pumps, motors, fans, generators and turbines.
