Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara is hiring a Multi-Technician to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance across the resort, including guest rooms, public areas, equipment and back-of-house facilities. The role covers basic electrical repairs (lighting, switches, sockets), plumbing repairs (taps, pipes, toilets, drains), HVAC inspections and troubleshooting, and minor carpentry, painting, tiling and building repairs. The technician responds promptly to breakdowns and emergencies, reports defects, keeps maintenance records, looks after the workshop and tools, and supports energy and water conservation. Requirements: a technical qualification or vocational training in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing or a related field, previous experience as a multi-technician or in maintenance, and good practical building-maintenance skills. Hotel or resort experience is preferred. Candidates must be willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
