Musanadah, the facilities management arm of Alturki Holding, needs an Electrical Technician in Al Khobar to install, maintain and repair electrical systems at client sites. Duties include planned preventive maintenance on distribution boards, MCCs, control panels, lighting and power circuits; finding and fixing faults with test equipment; and maintaining and testing standby generators, ATS, UPS and battery systems. The technician also installs and terminates cables in line with the Saudi Building Code and IEC standards, responds to work orders within SLAs, logs work in the CAFM system, and follows permit-to-work and LOTO procedures. Requirements: a diploma or technical certificate in electrical technology, at least 2 years of electrical maintenance experience (ideally in FM, commercial or industrial settings), and valid Saudi Council of Engineers accreditation.
