Candidates need a technical certificate or diploma in refrigeration or HVAC and at least 3-4 years of facility management experience, which is mandatory. They also need hands-on experience with refrigeration, HVAC and chiller systems, the ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults, and strong knowledge of refrigerant handling and safety procedures.
